A non-refundable deposit of 25% * of the retail value is required upon placing the order. Unfortunately the deposit cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.
(* 50% in the case of custom made pieces.)
The balance is due once the furniture is ready for delivery. All balances, including delivery charges if applicable, must be paid before the furniture is delivered.
The maximum lead time on ordered goods is 10 weeks although most orders are completed within 6 – 8 weeks.
An approximate time of delivery will be agreed with the customer at least 48 hours in advance. If the delivery cannot be made at the pre-arranged time because the customer is not at home to receive the item, an additional delivery charge of £30 will be levied, or the original delivery charge which ever is higher.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that both house access and room dimensions are able to accommodate the furniture ordered. If the furniture has to be returned to No. 81 Interiors because it does not fit, the deposit will not be refunded.
It is the customer’s responsibility to protect carpets and flooring and to remove fragile items prior to delivery.
Items should be checked for damage upon receipt; any damaged items will be replaced or monies refunded in full. Once all items have been confirmed as being in good condition, No. 81 Interiors cannot be held responsible for further damage. Small variations in the patina or graining of individual items are not considered ‘damage’ but the consequence of using natural materials.
To comply with the Data Protection Act (1984) we are required to inform you that we will record your name and address on our computer for the sole purpose of processing your order and keeping you up to date with No. 81 Interiors news and offers.
